    The cellar emerges from a sea of vines, a modern building in the form of an “H”, the initial letter of “Herminia”, which houses 3,200 casks.

    From the terroir and until the wine is left to rest in the bottle, the cellar’s technical team toils every day to apply the most stringent checks at every step to ensure the quality of the end product. Another key in the quality of our wines is the careful choice of casks. On average, they are 3 years old and endow the wines with different nuances depending on the source of the oak, mainly American, French or from Eastern Europe.
